The celebrity voice doesn't sound right

• Make sure you've selected the correct celebrity voice before generating.
• Try rephrasing your text — shorter, cleaner sentences produce better results.
• Check your internet connection; voice generation requires a stable connection.
• Try regenerating the audio.

The video isn't generating

• Make sure your text input isn't empty and is within the character limit.
• Check your internet connection.
• Try a different celebrity or video style and regenerate.
• If the issue persists, clear the app cache in Settings → Advanced → Clear Cache.

The generated audio/video won't play

• Check that your device volume is turned up.
• Try downloading the file and playing it locally.
• Try a different browser or update the app to the latest version.

The app crashes on launch

• Reinstall the latest version from our website.
• Check that your OS meets the minimum requirements.
• Clear the app cache in Settings → Advanced → Clear Cache.
